Shoeless Joe's Cards

Shoeless Joe’s is now under new ownership. While our intent was to maintain the store’s
familiar atmosphere with only minor cleanup and reorganization, an unexpected storm this past
week has temporarily altered those plans.

A severe weather system moved through the Cincinnati area, causing substantial damage to
our building — including a partial roof collapse and significant water intrusion. The historic
rainfall in the days that followed further complicated the situation, resulting in the need for a full
roof replacement along with new carpeting and ceiling work throughout the space.

Fortunately, because we were already in the process of preparing the store, we were able to
preserve a large portion of the inventory, which is now safely stored off-site.
Although our full reopening will be delayed, we intend to open as soon as possible for the sale
of sealed boxes and wax. The remainder of the store will return once renovations are
completed.
